Introducing Our New Pump Program
Ashman is now offering a Pump Program for fresh seafood departments with five customer-pleasing flavors from our House Seafood Sauce & Marinade line:
- Mango Key Lime (recommended on Tuna Steaks, Halibut, Sword Fish, King Mackerel, Salmon)
- Citrus Wasabi (recommended on Salmon, Flounder, Tilapia)
- Red Wind Dijon (recommended on Tuna Steaks, Halibut, Sword Fish, King Mackerel, Salmon)
- Sweet and Spicy (recommended on Tuna Steaks, Halibut, Sword Fish, Salmon)
- Shrimp Scampi (recommended on Shrimp, Scallops, Fresh Fish)
The Pump Program is offered to customers buying fresh fish at the counter. The customer picks their flavor and it's "pumped" onto their fresh fish prior to packaging. When they get home, the fish is ready for cooking, no need to worry about marinating.
