I started using Gaucho Green Chimmi-Churri with the [2004] vintage and I and my friends are entirely amazed and delighted by the vast variety of foods that Gaucho Green makes better, not just a little better, but a lot better. From rack of lamb to grilled octopus, from flank steak to mushrooms and roasted potatoes, and what Gaucho Chimmi does for chicken is a miracle. Buy it soon, use it soon. A TIP: You can dilute Gaucho Chimmi with wine (red or white) and it's just as good and goes further. It takes about half-a-bottle for a chicken grill for four to six people; diluted a little and it goes for eight. A little Gaucho Chimmi goes a long way. You will ENJOY everything you cook with Gaucho Green Chimmi-Churri.
