Ashman; Your Bayou Blackening Spice is one of the best eats ever. We never knew how to cook fish until a friend gave us some. Now Tuna steaks are a must every week. Gotta have 'em. I want to try all your fish rubs, but I'd hate to miss an opportunity for another meal with Bayou Blackening Spice. Guess we'll just eat more fish.
